A warm, inviting living room designed to bring the family together at the heart of the home.

As part of a year-long whole-home renovation, the homeowners wanted to transform the living space just off the entryway into a place that felt both welcoming and deeply comfortable—a room where the family could gather, relax, and entertain with ease.

Through careful layout planning and detailed renderings, we helped define distinct yet connected zones within the space. A textured stone fireplace with a modern mantle anchors the room, creating a natural focal point. Built-in shelving provides a place to display family keepsakes, while a discreet dry bar supports casual entertaining without disrupting the room’s flow.

To complete the space, a custom seating nook was integrated beside the fireplace—offering a cozy place to read, unwind, or simply enjoy the warmth on a cold day. Additional renders show different configurations for events with the extended family.

The result is a living room that feels intentional, layered, and inviting—designed to support everyday moments and special gatherings alike.
